SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. hamburger or ground chuck
1/2 to 3/4 c. cracker crumbs, crushed
1 egg
1/4 c. or sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato soup

Combine hamburger, cracker crumbs, egg, onions, salt and pepper. In crock pot combine water and soups. Then shape hamburger mixture and put into soup mixture. Cover and cook on high about 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
