SALISBURY STEAK 
PATTIES:

1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. tomato juice
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

GRAVY:

1 can Campbell's beef broth
1 can Campbell's mushroom soup
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. kitchen bouquet

Mix first 8 ingredients like hamburger patties. Brown both sides in skillet. Cook beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, cornstarch and kitchen bouquet until thick in another pan. Drain meat. Add gravy mixture. Cover. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
