SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
1 medium onion, chopped
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. water

Mix beef, egg and onion. Shape into patties and brown over high heat, drain off any fat. Pour in bouillon and simmer uncovered until desired doneness.

Serves 4.
