BROCCOLI NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. thin flat noodles
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
2 c. plain yogurt
6 green onions, tops chopped
1 c. shredded low fat sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles and drain. Melt butter, add broccoli, salt and pepper. Saute until broccoli is tender. Blend cream cheese with yogurt. Stir in onions. Butter bottom of large casserole dish. Pour in all ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
