SOURDOUGH PANCAKES 
2 c. "starter"
2 c. lukewarm water
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. sugar

The night before, mix the starter, water, flour and sugar. Cover and set in a warm place overnight.

In the morning, take out 2 cups of the mix and replace that which was taken out of the starter. To the remaining mix, add the 4 remaining ingredients, let stand a few minutes, then cook on a hot grill.
