SOURDOUGH PANCAKES 
2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 c. sourdough
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
3 well beaten eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

To make sourdough: The night before combine water and yeast, making sure yeast is dissolved. Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1 cup flour and stir until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and put in a warm place until morning.

In morning sourdough will be watery but you will know the yeast has "worked". Stir it and remaining ingredients together until almost lump free. Fry 'em up and serve with syrup.
