DEEP DISH QUICHE 
1/4 c. chopped onions, sauteed & drained
3 oz. pkg. thinly sliced ham, divided
1 c. grated Swiss cheese, divided
6 tbsp. bacon bits
2 1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. half & half
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 (9") frozen deep dish pie crust

Place onions on bottom of pie crust. Top with half of ham, cheese and 2 tablespoons of bacon bits. Follow with remaining ham, 1/2 cup mushrooms, remaining cheese and 4 tablespoons bacon bits.

Mix eggs, half & half and mustard. Pour over ingredients in pie shell and top with 1/4 cup mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
