GRILLED PORK CHOPS 
1 inch thick butterfly pork chops
1 clove garlic, cut in half
Salt & pepper

Rub both sides of pork chops with cut sides of garlic; then sprinkle chops lightly with salt and pepper.

Place chops on lightly greased grill. Cook, turning once, until meat is well browned on outside and no longer pink near bone; cut to test (20-25 minutes).
