APPLESAUCE PECAN PIE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. dark corn syrup 3 eggs 1/4 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. vanilla 3/4 c. thick canned applesauce 1 1/2 c. pecans Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in corn syrup, eggs, one at a time. Add salt and vanilla. Stir in applesauce, pecans; pour in deep pie shell. Bake 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Pie will still be soft, but will stiffen on standing. |
