6 med. to lg. whole unpeeled potatoes 1/4 c. butter, melted 2 c. sour cream 1/3 c. chopped green onions 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheddar cheese Boil, peel and grate or slice potatoes into a large bowl. Heat soup and butter until blended. Stir in sour cream and pour mixture over potatoes. Stir in green onions and cheddar cheese. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This is excellent for a large group and can be made up a day ahead. Great for potlucks! |
