PUMPKIN JELLY 
4 c. cooked pumpkin

Drain excess liquid. Put pumpkin in saucepan and add:

1 box Sure Jell

Place over high heat until mixture comes to a hard boil, at once add:

5 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spices

Bring to a full rolling boil (one that cannot be stirred down). Boil 7 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat put into jar and seal. Tastes like a piece of pumpkin pie when spread on bread.

Delish. Omg can't say enough. Very easy yo make. We started by putting it on toast then moved up to mixing it into our pancake batter now I can't wait to see what else
