RED SALMON LOAF 
1 can red salmon
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 stick butter
Paprika

Flake salmon; gently mix in crumbs, milk, egg, onion and green pepper. Top with butter and paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 servings.
