SALMON LOAF 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. chopped green pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted

Open 1 can salmon, pour off liquid and discard. Pour salmon meat and all other ingredients in large mixing bowl. Shape in loaf. Cook in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve as a main dish.
