SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 slices white bread
2 c. water
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
2 med. potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak bread in water. Press to drain. Add beef and sausage. Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter. Add to meat along with mashed potatoes, seasonings, and eggs. Beat with mixer. Shape into balls and brown in 2 tablespoons butter. Remove meatballs, then make gravy in same pan. Add meatballs to gravy and simmer 30-40 minutes.

GRAVY:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. beef broth
1 c. cream
1 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt

Melt butter. Add flour, stir until yellow. Add broth. Stir until smooth. Add cream and other ingredients.
