SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 pt. sour cream

Mix and set aside. 1 1/2 c. double ground hamburger 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 1 egg, well beaten 1/4 tsp. allspice 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. water

Combine 1 cup of soup and sour cream mixture with meat, bread crumbs, egg, nutmeg, and allspice. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in flour. In large skillet, melt butter and brown. Stir in remaining sour cream and water; heat.
