SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. dry onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Combine meat, bread crumbs, cheese, salt and soup, mix nutmeg and 1/2 cup of the milk. Shape into about 30 to 40 small balls. Brown lightly in large skillet. Shake frequently to keep balls round. Cover pan and cook about 20 to 30 minutes. Remove meat, leaving fat in pan. Blend flour into fat and stir in rest of milk. Cook and stir until thick. Return meat to pan. Cover and cook until heated through. Serve over rice or noodles. Makes 8 to 10 servings. Enjoy!
