BAKED CRACKER JACKS 
About 5 qts. of popped popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Boil all together about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in 1 teaspoon baking soda. Drizzle over popped corn. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 250 degrees, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking time.
