MEXICAN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix together sugar and eggs. Add flour and baking soda and crushed pineapple. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix together cream cheese, butter and confectioners' sugar. Put on cake while hot.
