BARBECUED STEAK 
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 lb. round steak, cut 1/2" thick
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine all ingredients except round steak, in a saucepan and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Cut steak into serving sized pieces and place in large roast pan. Pour hot barbecue sauce over meat and cover tightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours or so until fork tender.
