ROUND STEAK BARBEQUE 
2 to 4 lbs. steak
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped green peppers, optional
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 c. water
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper as desired

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Pound a bit to tenderize. Place in small roast pan. Mix all other ingredients in a pan and heat to boiling on top of stove. Pour hot sauce over meat and put in 325 degree oven. Bake for 1 to 2 hours. If you can manage turn it after half an hour, you won't need a lid. If you use a lid, it saves basting.
