BARBECUE ROUND STEAK 
4 individual servings round steak
Salt, pepper and flour
3 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 can tomato soup

Sprinkle steak with salt, pepper and coat with flour. Pound thoroughly.

Melt shortening in Dutch oven or large heavy skillet. Brown meat.

In saucepan lightly brown onions, celery and then add remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook over low heat or in 325 degree oven for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
