BARBECUED ROUND STEAK 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 beef round steak (about 2 1/2 lb., 1 1/2 inch thick)

Combine ingredients in dish large enough to hold meat. Pierce meat several places with fork. Add to marinade. Turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours, preferably overnight, turning several times. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.

Charcoal 6 inches from coals. Turn once. Brush with marinade. Broil 6 inches from heat. For rare, 8-12 minutes each side.
