ROUND STEAK BARBECUE 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt or seasoned salt
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
8 oz. can (1 c.) tomato sauce

Cut meat into serving pieces. In large skillet, brown meat in hot oil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer covered, 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender. 5 to 6 servings.
