ROUND STEAK BARBEQUE 
2 tbsp. seasoned flour
2 lbs. round steak
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. minced onion
1/3 c. minced celery
1/2 clove minced garlic
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash Tabasco

Pound flour into steak. Cut in serving pieces and brown in shortening in a heavy skillet with onion, celery and garlic. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven or cook on top burner 1 1/2 hours or until tender. (Bake 1 hour and turn off oven and let sit in oven for 15 to 30 minutes.)
