ROUND STEAK BARBECUE 
2 tbsp. seasoned flour
2 lbs. round steak
2 tbsp. shortening
1/3 c. minced celery
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. minced onion
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
Dash of Tabasco
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Pound flour into steak. Cut into serving pieces and brown in shortening in a heavy skillet with onion, celery and garlic. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and bake at 350 degrees in oven for 1 1/2 hours or 4-5 hours in a crock pot on high.

Double all sauce ingredients for enough sauce to serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
