BARBECUED STEAK 
1 lb. ground round steak
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix meat and salt and form to resemble steak, 1 inch thick. Brown on both sides in hot fat.

Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and sugar, and pour mixture slowly over steak. Cover and simmer slowly 10 or 15 minutes or until sauce is thick enough to cling to steak. Serve hot!
