BARBECUED ROUND STEAK 
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1/8 c. vinegar
1/8 c. chopped onion
1/8 c. green pepper
2 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
2 lb. round steak

Combine all ingredients except steak. Bring to boil. Simmer 5 to 6 minutes. Cut steak into serving pieces and place in pan. Pour hot barbecue sauce over meat. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 1 3/4 hours or until done.
