ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 sm. onion, grated
1 clove garlic, grated
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix ingredients together well. Add a little water to make it stick together. Wet hands and shape into small balls (about 1 1/2-inch). Brown and drop in sauce. Simmer about 2 hours. (Freezes well.

Serves 4.)

Serve with Italian Spaghetti Sauce.
