OATMEAL COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar (white)
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 (18 oz.) jar chunk peanut butter
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
6 c. oatmeal

Cream butter and both sugars; add eggs, vanilla, and baking soda. Then add peanut butter; cream well. Last, add oatmeal, chips, and nuts.

Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Flatten by a fork. Bake at 350 degrees about 12-15 minutes.

To freeze, make balls and freeze on cookie sheet. Then put in plastic bag.
