CHAFIN DISH OYSTERS 
2 pods garlic, chopped fine
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 onions, chopped fine
2 sticks butter
1 c. flour
2 qt. oysters
Dash of Tabasco
Salt & pepper

Brown flour in butter. Add chopped vegetables and oysters with liquid. Add Worcestershire and seasonings. This should be the consistency of a thin to medium gravy. Serve with bite-size pastry shells or toast triangles.
