MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
1/4 tsp. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese
3 egg whites
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
Paprika

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Grease a baking dish with the vegetable oil. Drain macaroni, in a large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients except for 1/4 cup cheese and paprika and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
