CHERRY MARSHMALLOW | |
1 box graham crackers 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted 2 1-lb. cans pitted dark sweet cherries 1 3-oz. pkg. cherry gelatin 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. chopped nuts (optional) 16 oz. whipped cream Place graham crackers in food processor; process to chop finely. (It should make about 4 cups graham cracker crumbs.) Mix in melted butter. Pat half of graham cracker/butter mixture on bottom of 9x13-inch pan and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours. |
