CREAMY POTATO CASSEROLE 
12 potatoes
Salt
butter
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. corn flakes
White pepper
Onion
Cream of mushroom soup
Grated Cheddar cheese

Boil 12 potatoes; peel and cube. Add 1 teaspoon salt, a stick butter, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken mushroom soup, 1 pint sour cream, and 1 1/2 cups grated mild Cheddar cheese. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
