1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) Rice Chex cereal
1 box powdered sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Stir in cereal. Mix until all cereal is well coated. Pour all into paper bag and shake with 1/2 box powdered sugar (start with 1/2 box and add only if cereal is not evenly dusted with powdered sugar). Store in coffee can or tin.
