SWEET N SOUR PORK 
3 1/2 lb. spare ribs (country style) cut up
2/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water

Roll the ribs in flour, brown. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and simmer 2 hours, turning ribs occasionally. Can serve juice over rice.
