SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lbs. pork, cut in 1" cubes
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. water
Salt to taste

Place oil in skillet, add pork and brown. Add water and simmer until tender.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice

Mix together, add to pork and cook until sauce is clear.

VEGGIES:

1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
4 ribs celery, cut small slices
1 c. pineapple tidbits

Add to above and cook until veggies are hot. Serve over rice.
