BUSY DAY BARBECUE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Mix together the ingredients for the meatballs and shape into balls. Place in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 baking dish and pour sauce over the meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 6. Can make up the night before. I don't add salt.
