EGGNOG FRUIT DIP 
1 1/2 c. dairy eggnog
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. light rum
1 tbsp. sugar
Assorted fruit dippers (sliced apples, strawberry, cantelope chunks, pear slices)

In medium saucepan, combine eggnog and cornstarch. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Cook for two or three minutes. Remove from heat. Cover with plastic wrap and cool. Whip cream and sugar until peaks form. Fold whipped cream, sour cream and rum into cooled eggnog mixture. Chill for several hours or overnight. Serve with fruit.
