STRAWBERRY BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 lg. eggs
2 c. whole strawberries, pureed (frozen may be used)
1 tsp. vanilla

In large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, sugar, flour, cinnamon and baking soda. Beat in oil, eggs, strawberry puree and vanilla. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 8"x4" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. makes 2 loaves.
