STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. strawberries, sliced (frozen or fresh)
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Combine eggs, oil and strawberries, mixing well. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Yields 2 loaves. This bread is good toasted and served with coffee. Also good spread with soft cream cheese.
