STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (save 1/3 c. juice)

Grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans and set aside. Mix flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Add oil, eggs and strawberries. Pour in pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

ICING:

1/3 c. juice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. whipped butter

Mix ingredients for icing together and ice when bread cools.
