CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
10 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. cream of chicken soup
2 c. mayonnaise
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Grease bottom and sides of pan. Alternate chicken and broccoli and cheese in layers. Combine soup, mayonnaise, and milk. Pour mixture over entire contents. Sprinkle bread crumbs onto bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 16. 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thaw and squeeze out juice 2/3 c. real mayonnaise 1 dash of garlic Salt and pepper 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1/8 tsp. curry powder Chicken to cover broccoli Canned milk to thin out sauce

Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 - 3/4 hours.
