CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (or fresh, 1 head)
4 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook broccoli; drain. Place in lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with chicken.

Combine remaining ingredients except bread crumbs, stirring well. Spoon mixture over chicken. Poke down into chicken. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
