BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare broccoli according to package directions, using minimum cooking time. Drain broccoli and arrange evenly over bottom of 2 quart baking dish. In small mixing bowl, blend soup and evaporated milk. Pour mixture over broccoli and top with cheese. Bake 25 minutes. Remove casserole from oven; top with onion rings and bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes. Serves 8. |
