BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen broccoli (fresh broccoli can be used)
1 can mushroom soup
5 oz. can evaporated milk
1 c. grated cheese (or Cheez Whiz to taste)
French fried onion rings

Cook broccoli (cauliflower can be used or combine both vegetables) until partially done. Combine mushroom soup, milk and cheese in sauce pan. Heat until cheese melts. Place broccoli in 2 quart casserole. Pour cheese mixture over broccoli. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with onion rings. Bake for another 5 minutes.
