BANANA PUDDING CAKE 
Mix as directed and bake in 11 x 16-inch pan, a Betty Crocker yellow pudding cake mix. While cake is baking, mix a 15 ounce can of crushed pineapple with 1 cup sugar and boil for 5 minutes. When cake is done, punch hole in it and pour pineapple mixture over cake. Let cake cool. Mix one large package of instant vanilla pudding as directed on box and pour over cake.

Sprinkle coconut over top of pudding. Slice 5 or 6 bananas over coconut. (Bananas can be omitted if desired). Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of Cool Whip, if desired.
