BANANA PUDDING CAKE 
1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix (1 lb. 2.5 oz.)
Jello banana cream flavor or vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; blend well then heat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9"x11" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
