BUTTER PECAN - BANANA PUDDING
CAKE
 
1/2 c. bananas, mashed
1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello butter pecan instant pudding & pie filling
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. Blend all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed and pulls away from sides of pan. Cool in pan 15 minutes; top with confectioners sugar glaze.
