STROGANOFF 
1 can tender tips or scallops broken into small pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1/4 c. oil

Saute the above ingredients.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk

Pour into the sauteed ingredients, heat until it becomes thickened and to a boil. Add 1/2 pint of sour cream, just before you are ready to serve and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and serve over steamed rice.
