CHEESE CRISPS 
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. butter, softened
2 c. crisp rice cereal
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cream together cheese and butter. Add flour, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir in cereal. Drop by half teaspoons on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes 8 dozen.
